Like most I came to the world with both desires and challenges. Was it the desires that brought the challenges? Or the challenges that brought the desires?
I have a strong spiritual bent and as a teenager believed I understood the path of Love mandated by my Christian faith. My initial degree is in Christian education. On that path were many challenges including sexual misconduct by those who you’d hope would know better. It’s okay. Those challenges have only increased my desire for and belief of the healing power of Love.
A challenging marriage gave me perspective of what I do want in relationships.
Vaccinations causing health problems for my baby boy lit a fire under me to pursue other means of healing and launched me into the world of homeopathy and other energetic healing modalities. I got my initial training at the Northwestern Academy of Homeopathy. Since then I have studied with Jeremy Sherr, Rajan Sankaran, Herwig Schoen, Bonnie Bielous, John Overdurf and many others. (It’s okay if you don’t know who these people are, but they have been dear teachers and mentors for me.)
Working with women for many years and seeing their hormonal suffering ignited inspiration to create a clean and homeopathic lubricating gel called Yoni’s Bliss. This also drove me to launch Wise, Wild, Women. Women are creators from the womb of their being. We Love from there. And when we connect our wombs, to our hearts to our heads, we are unstoppable! We have the creative force and energy to move mountains. And my curiousity continues. As a homeopathic practitioner I know that remedies open doors for people to walk through in ways that they may not have been able to before. Some do. For some it’s easy. Others have strong minds, strong beliefs . . . some which hold them back. I don’t know why this is, but I know that changing our thoughts and beliefs about our situations and life and health can change our lives. So I added Neuro linguistic programming to my tool belt. Changing thoughts can change your life.
All of this is for me. I wanted a connected, healthy, free life. I’ve experienced challenges and traumas . . . physically, spiritually and emotionally. I’ve cleared and healed them too. I’ve been honoured, over my 18 years of practice, to help and hold space for your healing too. It is what I am called to do. The journey continues. Call if I can walk the path awhile with you.
Let's work together.
As a seeker of freedom, I believe all women have the power to boldly ride the wave of bliss and create the body, mind, and spirit we each desire.
Perhaps this sounds lofty as you slog through a 9-5 or wipe snot off of your kids nose as you run out the door, and finally collapse into bed at night after a long day. And maybe it is. Being a woman in this time and place is not always easy. It’s still a man’s world, and we are expected to run the same way, driving forward, making things happen. It’s good to feel accomplished and to get things done. Is it, however, the truth of who we are?
I say yes . . . and NO. I’d like to say that it can be easier when we remember the feminine. When we remember the receptive quality of our essence we can learn to allow some things to just come to us. We don’t have to work so hard when tapped into our essence. Inspiration comes, knowing flows and things fall into place that much easier.
How can we make this easy? Let’s find the path of least resistance.
All of the modalities that I use in my practice are for the purpose of finding freedom. There is nothing better than a good homeopathic remedy. It’s almost magic how healing happens without effort. ReConnective therapy too allows an integration of emotions and trauma without your conscious awareness. NLP accesses your super powers wiring them together in your brain with other resources already there.
My vision is to have women feel fully supported on their journeys. It’s not always an easy road, and some days are better than others. And we all need support. As women we do better as a tribe. Let’s join together and remember who we are.
